Vision Statement: To ignite a movement of culturally relevant, radically loving, rapidly reproducing churches spreading hope throughout the world. 

Wow! That sounds amazing! But what does that actually mean for us as a church? It means that we are taking intentional steps to accomplish the vision that God has given us. This vision consists of 2 strategic goals.

1. Missionally impact 10% of the unchurched population of Tazewell and surrounding counties through a sprawling network of church campuses.

We've actually named our first five campuses.

• Pekin (with a satellite location in the Southside of Pekin
• Marquette Heights
• Morton
• Bartonville
• Southside Peoria

 

2.Influence and impact 100 church plants locally, nationally, and globally.

European Church Plant

As many of you have heard, our worship pastor Kevin Grose has felt God call him toward planting a church in Europe. We don't have a specific location yet, but we are busy preparing for what God has for Bridgeway in Europe.

Church Plant Residency Program

We are working to establish a system through which Church Planters from all over the country might come to the Bridgeway Network of Campuses for a period of up to 18 months to learn from us how we engage gospel saturation, local community transformation, and church multiplication. We are looking to have as many as 6 at a time, if God wills it. 

We are also praying about a residential facility to house these planters and their families. These men and women would have to raise their own support or be supported through their sending church or district in order to participate. We don't envision a heavy cash outlay for this program from Bridgeway. These men and women would work closely with us. There would be training, encouragement, development, and opportunity to preach across our network. 

There would eventually be opportunities for some of our Bridgeway families to join them in their endeavors of church planting across the country.
